WP Grid Builder requires PHP 7.0 and WordPress 6.0 at minimum. We recommend PHP 8.x for better performances and security reasons.

Do I need to have coding skills?

Not at all! Grids, cards and facets can entirely be setup thanks to an intuitive and powerful admin interface.

Does it work with any Theme?

It works with any theme following WordPress standards. If you encounter compatibility issue you can get a refund during the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee.

Does it work with Gutenberg?

Of course! WP Grid Builder comes with 2 blocks (grid and facet) for Gutenberg. And you can also use shortcodes to render grids and facets on your pages.

Does it support Page Builders?

Yes, you can use shortcodes in your favorite page builder to render grids and facets. The plugin also offers integrations for Elementor and Oxygen plugins.

What kind of support do you offer?

We provide one-to-one support through our ticket system, means you would get helps faster and more accurate from us. Support does not offer customization.

Can I upgrade my license to higher plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your license at any time. You will only need to cover the price difference. You can easily manage your licenses from your account.

What happens when my license expires?

You will still be able to use WP Grid Builder as usual. However you will miss direct support and latest feature updates from us if you don't renew.

Can I transfer a license to another domain?

Of course! You can activate or deactive a license from the plugin admin panel at any time. You can also manage your license keys directly from your account.

Can I use the plugin on a staging site?

Yes, the following TLDs: .dev, dev., *.staging., staging-*., *.test., .test, .local and localhost will not be considered for activation.
